RETURNS POLICY

  1. RETURNS: We stand by the quality of our products and do not accept returns on used or opened items. A customer may return any new bike to us within 30 days of receipt of the bike. The bike must be unopened in new condition and in original packaging. Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to support@billyturbo.com. We will provide you with further instructions when the return is approved. Customers are responsible for paying the $149 return shipping fee on the returned bike. We will issue the refund minus the shipping fee once the item is received and passes inspection. 
     

  2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel an order up until the order has been transmitted to the warehouse (generally one business day from when the order is placed). Once the order is submitted to the warehouse, we can no longer cancel the order and the customer will be responsible for returning the new merchandise and paying the return shipping fee of $149. 
     

  3. RETURN TO SENDER/REFUSED SHIPMENT: If an order is returned to the sender (Billy Turbo) or you refused to accept delivery of the shipment, you will be responsible for paying return shipping fees of $149 on the merchandise.
